Time to move, Time to groove
Place your hands on your sides
Place your feet on the ground
Place your posture in the center
Place your faith in your heart
Be astride, take a stride
Moving forward in delight
Eyes to the back
Ears in balance
Scents in breath
Smiles that shine from side to side
Moving forward in delight
Time to move, Time to groove

Language an envelop of expression
enclosing meaning open for interpretation
Pause and free the limiting assumption
outreaching toward unlimited compassion
Words a vehicle for presentation
Why, there is no imposition
when one motivates and empowers the human being
in a relevant, challenging intervention
engaging the Self dissociated from extrinsic position and recognition
Language an envelop of expression
bridging ecology with being
RELAX YOUR LEGS and
TENSE YOUR HANDS
YOU CAN DO IT.
YES YOU CAN.
JUST MAKE IT FREE TO SAY: I KNOW YOU CAN.
MAKE IT RIGHT NOW.
LIKE A CLOUD IN THE SKY,
RELAX AND WARM
IT IS LIKE A DREAM.
THEN YOUR TUMMY MAKES YOU FEEL THERE IS A
HE TUGS & PULLS & RELAXES HIMSELF THAT’S THE WAY HE WANTS YOU.
SO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENT FEELING INSIDE & OUTSIDE
YOU WANT TO SEE IT RIGHT NOW
BUT IT NEEDS PATIENCE
ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS TRY IT RIGHT NOW
NOW WHEN YOU WANT TO DO IT NOW,
ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS I CAN!
I have often dreamed of a far off place where a great warm welcome will be waiting for me, where the crowds will cheer when they see my face, and a voice keeps saying this is where I’m meant to be.
I will find my way. I can go the distance. I’ll be there some day, if I can be strong I know every mile will be worth my while. I would go anywhere to feel like I belong. I am on my way. I can go the distance. I don’t care how far, somehow I’ll be strong. I know every mile will be worth my while. I would go most anywhere and find where I belong.

Beauty untouchable immeasurable
Freeness means a lot to me
I feel I am in a cloud
When I am resting in that fluffy cloud
I dream I’m in the sky
But when I wake up
I see my dream passed by
I saw myself up in the sky
And I didn’t know how to get down
When a plane came up and water fell down, it washed me all the way down
I was so afraid because I was falling down until a pillow set me free
I snuggled so tight to it and
I didn’t know what I’ll be
