River Tides

I am in this river, a tide with other tides
I carry my shape, and hold my energetic waves
I plunge so deep beyond my comfort zone at shore
I flow open to the surprises of nature's unfolding gifts
knowing I will connect with the other tides in sight
knowing we will co-create our dancing visible waves
protecting the movement of life's essence
bringing aliveness from our streams into this river
expanding towards another into a new ocean form
