Liberating the Old Story

In the confinment of the mental body
The movement was abrupt and unsteady

The edge smoothed out a seat to rest the physical body
The inner tension self-visible, yes so heavy

A journey of a child reveals the fear, so deeply
A comforting parent, holds, acknowledges, ever so lovely

Move out to clear through, step into the matter, attending compassionately
Join in, get ready

Masculine and feminine consciousness coming together, intentionally
Holding space for form to show up, gently

Responding to emergence through awareness, creatively
Breathe-in, Breathe-out, time to move on in the ordinary

Experiencing the knowing of life's beauty
In the vastness of humanity's heart unity
